Alamo, CA: Multi-Vehicle Accident on 680 Freeway
At Least 2 Hospitalized after Alamo Crash on Interstate 680 Freeway
Alamo, California (February 16, 2019) – At least two people were injured in a multi-vehicle accident on Friday afternoon in Alamo, the CHP said.
The crash occurred at about 1:16 p.m. February 15 on Interstate 680 Freeway.
According to the report, a black Fiat and a blue Scion were among at least six vehicles involved in the crash.
The emergency crews responded to the incident and attended to motorists who sustained minor injuries. Two people were transported to a hospital with unknown injuries.
Tow trucks were dispatched to the to remove at least two wrecked vehicles from the scene.
Details on what may have caused the collision were not immediately released.
The CHP is conducting an investigation into the incident.
