1 Seriously Injured in Alamo Crash on Livorna Road and Interstate 680 Off-Ramp
Alamo, California (November 14, 2020) – One person was seriously injured Tuesday night in a traffic accident at an intersection in Alamo, according to a local news source.
At about 8:35 p.m. Tuesday, November 10, emergency personnel responded to the Interstate 680 at Livorna Road exit for a report of a two-vehicle crash.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, a Dodge Charger collided with a gray SUV in the northbound lane of Interstate 680.
As a result of the crash, the Dodge acquired major front-end damage and the SUV sustained major right-side damage.
Major Injury Accident on Livorna Road in Alamo
Authorities said one patient was transported to a local hospital with major injuries. The name and condition of the victim were not immediately disclosed.
The road was blocked due to the crash.
The accident remains under investigation.
