Lancaster Man Killed in Acton Motorcycle Accident on Antelope Valley (14) Freeway near Santiago Road

Acton, California (March 17, 2021) – A motorcyclist was killed Tuesday night in a traffic accident in Acton, according to a local news source.
The California Highway Patrol said the deadly crash happened at around 7:35 p.m. Tuesday, March 16, on the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway, just south of Santiago Road.
According to the CHP, a 43-year-old Lancaster man was riding a Honda 1800 motorcycle in the No. 1 lane of the freeway when, for unknown reasons, he drifted to the left and slammed into a metal guardrail.
The rider was ejected from the bike upon the impact.
Deadly Solo-Motorcycle Accident on 14 Freeway in Acton
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. His name was withheld pending notification of next of kin.
The accident remains under investigation.
