Abel Angeles ID’d as 30-Year-Old Oxnard Man Killed in Oxnard Pedestrian Accident on C Street near Fifth Street
Oxnard, California (November 28, 2020) – The Oxnard man who was hit and seriously injured by a vehicle on Sunday, November 15 in Oxnard has died, the Oxnard Police Department said.
The deadly pedestrian accident transpired at about 7:45 p.m., on C Street, north of Fifth Street.
According to the authorities, Abel Angeles, 30, of Oxnard, was walking eastbound on C Street when, for unknown reasons, he walked into the path of an oncoming Cadillac. Unfortunately, the northbound Cadillac struck Angeles.

Angeles was seriously injured in the accident and was taken to Ventura County Medical Center for treatment. Sadly, he succumbed to his injuries on Thursday, November 26.
The involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities. The speed of the Cadillac was not suspected to be a factor.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
