21-Year-Old Fernando Soriano Died in Sacramento Motorcycle Crash at Interstate 80 Freeway
Sacramento, California (July 2, 2019) – The motorcyclist who was killed in a traffic accident that involved multiple vehicles in Sacramento Monday morning has been identified as a 21-year-old Fernando Miranda Soriano.
The multi-vehicle crash, which was reported at about 4:51 a.m. July 1, occurred on the Interstate 80 Freeway, just west of state Route 51.
The accident happened when a motorcycle rider sideswiped a car hence setting off a chain-reaction crash with four other motorists. The primary report showed that the rider of the red sports bike was allegedly speeding and weaving in and out of traffic lanes prior to the occurrence of the accident.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene following the crash.
It was not clear whether or not other victims suffered injuries as a result of the collision.
The investigation is still underway.
