Two Hospitalized after Rancho Cordova Car Crash at Olson Drive and Zinfandel Drive
Rancho Cordova, California (June 17, 2019) – Two people were hospitalized following a suspected hit-and-run crash on Sunday evening in Rancho Cordova, according to the Sacramento Sheriff’s Department.
The wreck took place at about 8:20 p.m. June 16, at Olson Drive and Zinfandel Drive.
Deputies said two vehicles were involved in the collision.
One driver reportedly tried to flee the scene but was detained by witnesses.

The driver who tried the flee was hospitalized alongside his passenger. There was no update on the extent of their injuries.
Deputies said the driver who attempted to flee will be arrested on charges of hit-and-run.
An investigation to determine the cause of the crash is ongoing.
