Colusa, California (May 25, 2019) – At least one person was injured Friday evening in a traffic collision in Colusa, according to a California Highway Patrol report.

The wreck happened at around 5:21 p.m. Friday, May 24 in the 6668 block of Maxwell Road near Holloway Road.

As per the CHP report, a brown Chevrolet Corvette collided head-on with a pickup truck for an unknown reason on Maxwell Road. The Corvette acquired front-end damage in the crash.

Paramedics responded to the scene and rendered aid to one person who sustained minor injuries in the accident. It was not specified in the CHP report if the patient was transported to the hospital for further treatment.

The crash remains under investigation.
