Minor Injuries Sustained in San Francisco Accident on Highway 101 near Third Street

San Francisco, California (May 13, 2019) – Minor injuries were reported after a two-vehicle crash late Sunday night in the area of San Francisco, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The crash happened at around 11:57 p.m. Sunday, May 12, on Highway 101, just south of Third Street.
As per the report, two vehicles crashed for reasons still under investigation.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately known.
A dog involved in the collision possibly died as a result of the crash.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
The vehicles were blocking the lanes following the crash. The roadway was cleared as of 1:16 a.m.
No additional information regarding this crash was provided.
