31-Year-Old Man Killed in Fullerton DUI Motorcycle Accident at Euclid Street Baker Avenue

Fullerton, California (May 9, 2019) – A motorcyclist was killed Wednesday evening in a suspected DUI accident at an intersection in Fullerton, according to police.
The deadly crash occurred at around 6:09 p.m. Wednesday, May 8 at the intersection of Euclid Street and Baker Avenue.
According to the police, the motorcyclist, a 31-year-old man, was riding southbound on Euclid Street while an SUV had been facing northbound and was turning left. In the process, the SUV collided with the rider at the intersection.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and found the motorcycle rider lying on the ground with major injuries. The motorcyclist was then rushed to UCI Medical center, where he later succumbed to his injuries. His name has not been disclosed pending notification of his relatives.
A 13-year-old girl, who was a passenger in the SUV, was not injured. The driver of the SUV, a 39-year-old Fullerton woman, arrested on suspicion of DUI and child endangerment.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
