Firefighter Injured in Sacramento Mobile Home Fire Accident on Stonebrook
Sacramento, California (May 6, 2019) – One firefighter was injured in a mobile home fire accident on Sunday afternoon in Folsom, according to a police report.
The accident took place at around noon, May 5, on 200 block of Stonebrook Drive.
According to Folsom Fire Department, the fire began on an attached deck and spread into the mobile home.
Seven firefighting companies and paramedics ambulances arrived to fight the fire and evacuated the occupants of the mobile home.
One firefighter sustained minor injuries after falling two to three feet into the floor upon entry.
Two small dogs perished in the flames.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
