At Least 1 Seriously Hurt in Redding Big Rig Crash on Interstate 5 near Gilman Road

Redding, California (April 25, 2019) – At least one person sustained major injuries in a collision involving a big rig on Thursday morning in Redding, according to the CHP.
The wreck happened on Interstate 5 near the Gilman Road onramp.
CHP said a Jeep Cherokee and a big rig were involved. One person was stuck in the wreckage and had to be helped out by the emergency crews.
At Least 1 Hospitalized after Redding Big Rig Crash
A helicopter was requested to transport at least one person who had major injuries to a hospital.
