San Francisco, California (April 25, 2019) – Possible injuries were reported after a two-vehicle crash early Thursday evening in San Francisco, according to authorities.

The collision happened at around 4:59 a.m. Thursday on northbound Highway 101, just south of Cesar Chavez Street.

As per the report, two vehicles collided for reasons still under investigation.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the persons possibly injured in the collision. The number of patients and their current condition was not immediately provided.

Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.

A SigAlert was issued closing lanes 3, 4 and 5 following the crash. All lanes were opened as of 6:03 a.m.
