Two Children Injured in Barstow Pedestrian Crash on North Yucca Avenue
Barstow, California (April 22, 2019) – A vehicle struck and injured two children on Saturday evening in Barstow, according to the authorities.
The incident happened at an apartment complex in the 200 block of North Yucca Avenue shortly after 7:30 p.m. April 20.
Police said the two children, an 8-year-old boy, and a 6-year-old girl, were down along the roadway with major injuries.

They were both airlifted to a hospital with critical injuries. The boy had a broken leg while the girl had head trauma.
As of Sunday, the two victims were in critical but stable condition.
The driver who hit the children stayed at the scene after the incident.
The crash is under investigation.
