Redwood City, California (April 9, 2019) – At least one person was injured after a traffic collision Monday evening in Redwood City, according to authorities.

The crash happened at around 6:26 p.m. Monday, April 8, on southbound Highway 101, near Marsh Road.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to at least one male who complained of pain to his wrist as a result of the crash. The name of the patient and their current condition was not immediately known.

Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.

The roadway was cleared as of 6:43 p.m.
