Motorists Possibly Injured in Carlsbad Crash on 5 Freeway near Las Flores Drive
Carlsbad, California (March 20, 2019) – Injuries may have been sustained in an accident involving two vehicles on Tuesday morning in Carlsbad, as per the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported at about 9:55 a.m. March 19, on the Interstate 5 Freeway near Las Flores Drive.
Police said a Honda sedan and a red sedan were the two vehicles involved in the collision.
Female Driver Possibly Hurt in Carlsbad Crash
A female driver in the Honda was found unconscious, and her vehicle was smoking after the collision but there were no flames.
It’s unclear what caused the two vehicles to collide.
No further information on the crash was immediately released.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
