El Centro, California (March 8, 2019) – According to the California Highway Patrol, at least one person was injured in a car accident that happened in El Centro on Friday afternoon.
The accident was reported at about 1:20 p.m. on Highway 98 near Dogwood Road.
As per the report two vehicles were involved in the collision. However, the events preceding the collision were not immediately established.
The authorities said one person was injured in the collision. The victim, however, declined to be transported to the hospital for treatment.
No other information was provided.
An investigation to determine the cause of the accident is underway.
