1 Injured after Hayward Crash on 880 Freeway near Tennyson Road
Hayward, California (March 1, 2019) – One person suffered injuries after a multi-vehicle collision Friday morning in the area of Hayward, according to authorities.
The accident happened at around 7:12 a.m. Friday on southbound 880 Freeway, just north of Tennyson Road.
As per the officials, four vehicles crashed for unknown reasons.
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. One person sustained cuts and grapes as a result of the collision. The patient’s name and their current condition were not immediately known.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
The vehicles were blocking lane 1 and 2 following the accident.
