One Hurt in Santa Barbara Car Crash on Highway 101 and Nojoqui Summit

Santa Barbara, California (February 22, 2019) – A driver sustained minor injuries in an accident involving a patrol car on Thursday morning in Santa Barbara, as per a local news report.
The incident was reported at about 7:42 a.m. Thursday, February 21, on southbound Highway 101 south of Nojoqui Summit.
According to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department officials, a California Highway Patrol vehicle was making a turn through the center when an oncoming vehicle struck it.
The driver of the car that hit the patrol car suffered minor injuries.
The officer was unhurt.
The authorities are conducting an investigation into the incident.
