2 Injured in Joshua Tree Crash on Twentynine Palms Highway 62
Joshua Tree, California (February 15, 2019) –Two people were injured in a head-on collision on Thursday afternoon in Joshua Tree, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at about 2:34 p.m. February 14, on Twentynine Palms Highway 62 near Fran Lou Lane.
The accident involved two vehicles; a gold or brown Chevrolet Impala and a silver vehicle.
Two people sustained minor injuries as a result of the accident. The victims were taken to Desert Regional Hospital for treatment.
All lanes were blocked and the vehicles required tow trucks to remove them from the scene.
The cause of the collision was not mentioned but police are carrying out an investigation.
