Boy Killed in San Jacinto Pedestrian Accident on East Third Street
San Jacinto, California (February 12, 2019) – A boy died after being struck by a car in San Jacinto on Monday afternoon.
According to a local news source, the accident occurred at about 3:45 p.m. February 11, in the 300 block of East Third Street.
As per the report, a car was backing out of a driveway when it struck the juvenile. The age of the boy was not immediately disclosed.
The boy sustained serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The motorist remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
No other information was provided.
An investigation to determine the cause of the accident is underway.
