Anaheim, California (February 12, 2019) – Louis Rosales, 54, of Fresno was identified as the man who was hit and killed by a suspected drunk driver on Saturday night in Anaheim, according to the Orange County Coroner’s Office.

The collision occurred around 11:04 p.m. February 9, on Disneyland Drive north of Katella Avenue.

As per the Anaheim Police Department, Stefanie Lyn Bieser was driving a 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser north on Disneyland Drive when she jumped the curb and struck the victim as well as a utility box. Rosales was walking south on the east sidewalk of Disneyland Drive when he was hit.

Rosales suffered major injuries and was hospitalized at UCI Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Bieser, 47, from La Mirada, was arrested and charged with gross vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence causing bodily injuries.

She was detained at the Anaheim Detention Facility on bail of $100,000.
