Ontario, California (February 12, 2019) – A woman was injured when three vehicles collided in Ontario on Sunday morning, according to the police.

The collision was reported just before 4:14 a.m. February 10, on eastbound Interstate 84.

As per the report, Stacy Martinez, 37, was driving a 1994 Buick on the interstate when she lost control and crashed into the Jersey barrier. Her vehicle was then hit by two vehicles- a 2016 Volvo commercial vehicle pulling a tanker trailer and which was being driven by Zhao Hui, 47, of Chino, and a 2017 Freightliner commercial vehicle pulling a box trailer and operated by Andrew Gaudlip, 54, of Meridian.

Martinez was injured and was transported to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise. The other drivers involved were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the accident but Martinez was not wearing hers, according to the police.

The collision resulted in the closure of the eastbound lanes of l-84 for approximately three hours as the scene was cleared.

The crash remained under investigation.
