Minor Injuries Reported in Chilcoot Car Accident on Highway 395 and Highway 70
Chilcoot, California (February 8, 2019) – Minor injuries were reported after semi-truck collision Thursday night in the area of Chilcoot, according to authorities.
The collision happened at around 10:41 p.m. Thursday, February 7 on Highway 395 and Highway 70.
As per the officials, Sherman Williams Truck and another semi-truck collided for unknown reasons.
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured persons. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately released.
Paint and diesel were spilt in the southbound and northbound lanes on the west shoulder after the collision.
Authorities closed one lane following the collision.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
