Alan Kulscar Fatally Hit by Train near Spring Street in Paso Robles
Alan Kulscar Identified as Man Killed in Paso Robles Pedestrian Crash on Spring Street
Paso Robles, California (February 8, 2019) – The man who was fatally hit by a train in Paso Robles on Monday evening has been identified as Alan Kulscar, 48, of Paso Robles, according to the Paso Robles Police Department.
The crash took place in the area of Spring Street at about 5:15 p.m. on Monday, February 4.
Police said Kulscar was walking southbound on the train tracks when an Amtrak Coast Starlight train hit him.
Kulscar was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Paso Robles police are investigating the accident.
