At Least 1 Injured in Auburn Accident at Highway 65 and 80 Freeway
Auburn, California (February 3, 2019) – At least one person was injured after a traffic collision Sunday afternoon in the area of Auburn, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened at around 4:39 p.m. Sunday, on northbound Highway 65 and eastbound 80 Freeway connector.
As per the CHP officials, two vehicles crashed for unknown reasons.
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to at least one person who complained of shoulder pain as a result of the collision. The victim’s name and their current condition were not immediately available.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
No additional information concerning this incident was provided.
An investigation is ongoing.
