At Least 2 Hurt in Dublin Car Crash on Interstate 680 near I-580
Dublin, California (January 21, 2019) – At least two people were injured in a multi-vehicle wreck in Dublin on Monday morning, according to the CHP.
The collision was reported at about 5:19 a.m. on southbound Interstate 680 near the Interstate 580 interchange.
CHP said four vehicles were involved in the crash. Details on how the vehicles crashed into each other were not immediately released.
One person was reportedly transported to a hospital for treatment of major injuries. A second person complained of pain and was also taken to the hospital.
The crash caused a closure of multiple lanes of I-680 as the scene was cleared.
The CHP is investigating the crash.
