Lower Lake Accident on Highway 29 at Glasgow Grade Seriously Injures 1

Lower Lake, California (July 28, 2021) – A Lower Lake accident involving two vehicles Tuesday afternoon sent one person to the hospital.
The California Highway Patrol responded to the crash site at around 5:19 p.m. on Highway 29 at the Glasgow Grade.
As per the CHP report, a blue Ford Econovan collided with a gray Mazda 3 on the northbound side of the roadway near Point Lakeview Road for undetermined reasons.
Due to the impact, the Mazda acquired major front damage while the Ford had major front and back damage.
Major Injury Lower Lake Accident
The crash left one unidentified person with major injuries. The patient was airlifted to the Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital for medication.
Officials closed down two lanes of northbound Highway 29 as they investigated and cleared the scene.
The accident remains under active investigation.
