1 Injured in Stockton Car Collision on 5 Freeway near Downing Avenue Off-Ramp
Stockton, California (July 19, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a car collision that happened Sunday afternoon in Stockton, leaving one person injured.
The wreck occurred at around 3:21 p.m. on southbound 5 Freeway, just north of Downing Avenue off-ramp.
The incident involved two vehicles that collided for unknown reasons.
Responding paramedics said one person suffered minor injuries in the accident. It was not clear if the patient was hospitalized.
CHP officers will determine the cause of the crash when they conclude their investigation.
