1 Injured in El Cajon Car Crash on Highway 125 near Highway 94
El Cajon, California (July 15, 2021) – At least one person was injured in a suspected DUI car crash in El Cajon early Thursday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened along the southbound lanes of Highway 125 near Highway 94 at about 2:18 a.m.
A Honda Civic and pickup truck were involved in the crash. The manner in which the accident happened, however, was not immediately established.
One person was injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
The officers said impairment is suspected to have been a factor in the crash but no additional details were provided.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
