Nicholas Hays Killed in Turlock Motorcycle Accident on West Main Street
Turlock, California (July 15, 2021) – The motorcyclist who was killed in a collision with a tractor-trailer Friday morning in Turlock has been identified as Nicholas Hays, 34, of Turlock, according to the authorities.
The deadly accident occurred at about 9:00 a.m. in the 4000 block of West Main Street.
Police said Hays was riding his motorcycle on West Main Street when, for an unknown reason, he collided with the tractor-trailer.
Nicholas Hays Fatal Turlock Motorcycle Crash on West Main Street
Medical personnel responded to the crash site and performed CPR on Hays. Despite life-saving measures, Hays did not survive his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the tractor-trailer was unhurt and stopped at the scene to cooperate with the authorities.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
