Fontana, California (July 7, 2021) – Two people were killed and three others were injured Wednesday afternoon in a traffic collision involving several vehicles in Fontana, according to the Fontana Police Department.

The fatal multi-vehicle crash took place at around 2:45 p.m. near the intersection of Sierra and Ramona avenues.

Details on what led up to the collision at this time are unknown, but police said the cars involved were totaled after the crash.

Fontana Collision Kills 2, Injures 3

Arriving officers pronounced two people dead at the scene. Three other patients were transported to nearby hospitals with undisclosed injuries.

The names of both deceased victims and injured parties have not been released.
