Leo Dimeglio Killed in West Adams Bicycle Accident on Jefferson Boulevard
Leo Dimeglio ID’d as Bicyclist Struck and Killed by Hit-and-Run Driver on Jefferson Boulevard at West Boulevard in West Adams
Los Angeles, California (June 30, 2021) – Authorities have identified the bicyclist who died after being struck by a hit-and-run driver earlier this month in the West Adams neighborhood of Los Angeles as Leo Dimeglio.
The fatal crash happened at around 11:41 p.m. on June 10 on Jefferson Boulevard at West Boulevard.
Authorities said Dimeglio was riding his bicycle eastbound on Jefferson Boulevard at West Boulevard when, for an unknown reason, he was hit by a dark-colored SUV with LED headlights.
Bicyclist Killed in Los Angeles Hit-and-Run Identified
Dimeglio was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the SUV did not stop and continued eastbound on Jefferson Boulevard. There was no description of the driver.
