Mojave Accident on Sierra Highway Near Highway 58 Kills One Person

Mojave, California (June 28, 2021) – One person died and multiple others hospitalized following a multi-vehicle collision in Mojave early Saturday morning
The fatal car crash happened on Sierra Highway 46 near Highway 58 at approximately 12:38 a.m.
The California Highway Patrol did not immediately establish how the multiple vehicles crashed in the morning hours.
1 Killed in Mojave Accident
Several people sustained moderate to major injuries following the accident. All victims were transported to the Antelope Valley Hospital where one of them later died while undergoing treatment.
The crash resulted in the closure of the Sierra Highway for unknown time.
An investigation into the deadly accident is underway.
