East Village, California (June 28, 2021) – A pedestrian was seriously injured after being struck by a Metropolitan Transit System bus Sunday night in the East Village neighbourhood in San Diego, according to San Diego police.

The major injury pedestrian collision happened at around 7:40 p.m. Sunday, June 27 in the area of Park Boulevard and Broadway.

Police said the bus hit the pedestrian for an unknown at the intersection.
