Fresno, California (June 25, 2021) – A man was injured in a motorcycle collision involving a hit-and-run motorist in Fresno on Thursday night, according to Fresno police.

A driver in a mustang reportedly bumped the motorcyclist on southbound Clark Street.

The impact caused the motorcyclist to fall onto the road and suffered minor injuries.

The Mustang driver fled from the scene at a high rate of speed southbound on Clark Street and slammed into a tree near McKinley Avenue.

The driver fled on foot after crashing into the tree. Two passengers in the vehicle were hospitalized with minor injuries.

Police are searching for the hit-and-run driver.
