Victorville, California (June 10, 2021) – A woman was critically injured Thursday morning in a car crash involving two vehicles in Victorville, according to a local news source.

The accident was reported at around 6:53 a.m. at the intersection of D Street and Six Street.

Witness said a silver Volkswagen sedan was heading southbound on Six Street when the driver failed to stop for the posted stop sign and crashed into a Chevy Suburban.

Woman Airlifted after Victorville Car Accident

The woman driving the Suburban was taken to Victor Valley Global Medical Center in critical condition. She was then airlifted to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.

Westbound lanes of Highway 37 were closed as the authorities investigated the scene and removed the wrecked vehicles.
