Eric Burton Killed in San Jose Pedestrian Accident at Naglee and Dana Avenues
San Jose, California (June 8, 2021) – 51-year-old Eric Thomas Burton, of San Jose, has been identified as the pedestrian who died after being struck by a vehicle at an intersection in San Jose last week Wednesday night, the Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Office said.
The deadly crash was reported at approximately 9:44 p.m., on June 2, near Naglee and Dana avenues.
Thomas was hit by a white 2000 Toyota Camry while walking through the San Jose intersection under unclear circumstances.
Eric Burton Fatal San Jose Pedestrian Accident
Burton died early Monday morning at an area hospital while undergoing treatment of major injuries sustained in the crash.
The involved motorist remained at the scene and cooperated with the law enforcers.
