Major Injuries Suffered in South Gate Crash on 105 Freeway at Paramount Boulevard

South Gate, California (June 8, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a major injury collision that took place early Monday morning in South Gate.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred at around 2 a.m. on eastbound 105 Freeway at Paramount Boulevard.
As per the report, a sedan crashed into the back of a semi-truck for unknown reasons.
At least one person sustained major injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
No other details about the accident were given.
CHP is investigating the cause of the collision.
