Temecula Crash on Winchester Road Injures At Least One Person

Temecula, California (June 4, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of an alleged hit-and-run collision that injured at least one person Thursday evening in Temecula.
The two-vehicle crash took place in the 39140 block of SR-79 (Winchester Road) at about 5:00 p.m. on June 3.
As per the report, a vehicle rear-ended a second car on the northbound side of the roadway under unclear circumstances.

At least one person, whose name was not revealed, was hurt in the accident.
One of the involved motorists escaped the scene before police arrived.
The detectives handling the case area gathering more evidence to locate the hit-and-run suspect.
