Two Hospitalized after University Heights Crash on Texas Street at Madison Avenue
San Diego, California (May 20, 2021) – Two people were injured when two cars collided with a bus Thursday evening in University Heights, authorities said.
The accident happened shortly before 6:30 p.m. on Texas Street at Madison Avenue.
According to the authorities, two vehicles collided with a San Diego Metropolitan Transit System Bus for unknown reasons.

Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and extricated a man who was trapped inside one of the vehicles. The medics performed CPR on him before being transported to a hospital.
Authorities said a total of two patients were taken to the hospital, at least one with major injuries. Their names and condition at this time were not available.
Police closed Texas Street at Madison Avenue as the investigation and cleanup took place.
Further details regarding the crash were not immediately provided.
