Minor Injuries Suffered in Sacramento Collision on 5 Freeway near Del Paso Road Off-Ramp
Sacramento, California (May 13, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a minor injury collision that happened Thursday morning in Sacramento.
The incident occurred at about 7:17 a.m. on southbound 5 Freeway, just north of Del Paso Road off-ramp, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A party reporting the accident told authorities that they witnessed the collision, involving a sedan and a semi-truck, from their rear-view mirror.
Sacramento firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene to help the motorists.
The report said minor injuries were sustained in the crash but did not mention the number of victims.
