Fresno, California (May 5, 2021) – A pedestrian was seriously injured after being struck by a car in Fresno on Wednesday morning.
The accident happened in the area of Friant Avenue and Copper Avenue at about 7 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
A man and a woman were reportedly walking in the area when a truck pulling a trailer made a turn and struck the man.
The man sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
