Person Dies in San Jose Pedestrian Accident on Kooser Road
San Jose, California (May 5, 2021) – A pedestrian died in a San Jose hit-and-run crash that occurred on a Tuesday night, according to authorities.
The accident was reported at around 9:55 p.m. May 4.
Authorities said a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in the 1500 block of Kooser Road.
The involved driver fled the scene after the crash.

The victim, who was not immediately identified, died in the crash.
Both directions of Kooser Road were closed between Camden Avenue to Ardmore Way as authorities investigated the incident.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
