Sacramento, CA: CHP Investigating Rollover Crash on Highway 50 and Highway 99
Minor Injuries Sustained in Sacramento Crash on Eastbound Highway 50 Connector to Southbound Highway 99
Sacramento, California (April 29, 2021) – Minor injuries were suffered in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Wednesday afternoon in Sacramento, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The pileup was reported at about 3:14 p.m. on the eastbound Highway 50 Connector to southbound Highway 99.
CHP said at least three cars, including a gray Volvo and a blue GMC Envoy that overturned in the slow lane, were involved in the collision.
The male driver of the Envoy was able to get out of the car and was possibly not injured.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and confirmed that minor injuries were sustained in the crash. The report did not mention the number of those injured and if anyone was hospitalized.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
