Julien Santa Injured in Rollover Crash on Highway 36 in Lassen

Lassen, California (April 25, 2021) – Julien Santa, 22, of Clear Creek, has been identified as the man who was injured in a rollover accident on Friday morning in Lassen, the CHP said.

The accident occurred at about 9:10 a.m., on April 12, on Highway 36, just west of the Coppervale Ski Hill.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a 2005 Honda Pilot, driven by Santa, was traveling westbound on the highway when, for unknown reasons, it crossed the eastbound lane and exited the roadway.

The vehicle then crashed into a milepost marker, a dirt embankment, a Lassen Municipal Utility District power pole, and flipped over and came to rest on its roof.

Julien Santa Injured in Highway 36 Crash

Santa was injured in the accident and was BLMC in unknown condition.

Intoxication was not suspected of having played a role in the accident

An investigation into the accident is underway.
