2 Injured, 1 Seriously in Livermore Crash on Interstate 580 near North Flynn Road
Livermore, California (April 24, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Saturday morning traffic accident that left two people injured, one person seriously in Livermore.
The major injury accident occurred along westbound I-580 just west of North Flynn Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a Honda Odyssey minivan went off the roadway and slid down a hillside in unclear circumstances.
First responders arrived at the scene and extricated the driver, who was wearing a seatbelt and was trapped in the wreckage.
2 Injured in Rollover Crash on Interstate 580
A passenger, who was ejected from the vehicle, was airlifted to Eden Medical Center with major injuries.
The driver was also hospitalized in an unknown condition.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
