San Bernardino, California (April 22, 2021) – Injuries were reported in a multi-vehicle collision that happened in San Bernardino on Wednesday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened along the southbound lanes of Interstate 15 Freeway near Cleghorn Road at about 9:12 p.m. April 21.
The authorities who responded to the incident located three vehicles at the scene of the accident. The events leading up to the crash were not immediately established.
