Minor Injuries Suffered in Pala Crash on Pala Temecula Road near Rancho Heights Road

Pala, California (April 18, 2021) – Minor injuries were sustained in a traffic collision that happened Saturday night in Pala, San Diego County, authorities reported.
The accident involved two cars and happened at around 11:49 p.m. on northbound Pala Temecula Road near Rancho Heights Road.
Parties reporting the accident said one of the cars involved caught fire and was fully engulfed. No occupant was inside the car at that time.
Paramedics responded to the scene and confirmed that minor injuries were sustained in the accident. No information was given about the number of the patients and whether anyone was hospitalized or not.
Tow trucks were needed to remove the vehicles from the scene.
CHP is investigating the accident.
