Coroner Identifies Jerry Cole Jr. as San Dimas Man Killed in Head-On Collision on Arrow Highway
Jerry Cole Jr. Killed in Pomona Accident on Arrow Highway Near Garey Avenue
Pomona, California (April 17, 2021) – 53-year-old Jerry Cole Jr., of San Dimas, has been identified as the Male party who died following a head-on collision in Pomona Friday afternoon, according to a report by the Los Angeles County paramedics.
The deadly crash happened on Arrow Highway, west of Garey Avenue, just about 3:35 p.m.
As per the Pomona Police Department officers’ report, a black Lexus driven by Cole westbound in the eastbound lanes of Arrow Highway crashed head-on with another vehicle heading eastbound on the roadway on April 16.

Sadly, Jerry died at the scene.
The second motorist was hospitalized with moderate injuries sustained in the wreck.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
