2 Men Injured in Car Accident on Lincoln Boulevard near Helman Street in Oroville
Oroville, California (April 16, 2021) – Two people were injured in a car crash in south Oroville on Thursday morning, April 15.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 8:20 a.m. on Lincoln Boulevard near Helman Street.
A blue Suburban was traveling southbound on Lincoln at a high rate of speed when veered off the roadway for unknown reasons, struck a rock and crashed into a garage of a private residence.
Two male occupants of the Suburban were injured in the accident and were transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Nobody was inside the garage at the time of the accident.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
